Tamara (Tammi) McGill-Carter’s expertise is in Neuro-anatomy and Neuroscience with a focus on the intricate workings of the Limbic and Memory systems. Her master’s thesis surrounds Human Memory and Encoding, detailing the fundamental changes that creates as well as destroy memories. Tammi is currently is training in to become a licensed Neuropsychologist and is also finishing her final year of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology’s Educational Psychology and Technology doctorate program, due to graduate by next summer. Her dissertation’s focus centers on Autism, Theory of Mind, and Executive Functioning. While his extensive experience as a trainer includes working with a variety of populations, he primarily specializes in working with clients who have Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders. Dr. Kiminobu Sugaya is a Professor and Head of Neuroscience in Burnett School of Biomedical Science, College of Medicine, University of Central Florida (UCF) since 2004. He is a Chair of Multidisciplinary Neuroscience Alliance of UCF. He moved from Japan to Mayo Clinic, US as a postdoc. in 1992 when he was a lecturer in Science University of Tokyo and he was promoted to an associate consultant in 1994. Then he moved to the University of Illinois at Chicago as an assistant professor in 1997 and got promoted to an associate professor in 2002. He has been conducting stem cell researches to treat neurodegenerative diseases by the adult stem cells. He recently received National Honor Plaque of Panama for exceptional contribution to neuroscience-based on his study on stem cell therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. His publication regarding the improvement of memory in the aged animal by stem cell transplantation was reported Washington Post, BBC, NBC, ABC, and other media all over the world.

Prof. Dr. Radu Mutihac is Chair of Medical Physics Section, University of Bucharest, and works in Neuroscience, Signal Processing, Microelectronics, and Artificial Intelligence. As postdoc/research associate/visiting professor/full professor he runs his research at the University of Bucharest, International Centre for Theoretical Physics (Italy), Ecole Polytechnique (France), Institut Henri Poincare (France), KU Leuven (Belgium). Data mining and exploratory analysis of neuroimaging time series were addressed during two Fulbright Grants in Neuroscience (Yale University and University of New Mexico). His research in fused biomedical imaging modalities was carried out at the Johns Hopkins University, National Institutes of Health, and Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, MD, USA. Prof. R. Mutihac is member of the ISMRM, ESMRMB, OHBM, Romanian US Alumni Association, and fellow of Signal Processing and Neural Networks Society IEEE, as well as referee for several journals of the Institute of Physics (London, UK), Neural Networks (Elsevier), IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, and evaluator/expert for the ISMRM, OHBM, ARACIS, CNCSIS, UEFISCDI, The Romanian – U.S. Fulbright Commission. and the European Commission (FP7, H2020). He published over 100 scientific papers, 12 monographs, and contributed with chapters in other 10 textbooks. Dr. Rajendra D. Badgaiyan, MD, is a psychiatrist and cognitive neuroscientist. He is Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Richmond University Medical Center, and Professor of Psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York. He received formal training in psychiatry, psychology, cognitive neuroscience, molecular imaging and neuroimaging. He was awarded the prestigious BK Anand National Research Prize in India and Solomon Award of Harvard Medical School. His research is focused on the study of neural and neurochemical mechanisms that control human brain functions. He developed the single scan dynamic molecular imaging technique (SDMIT) to detect, map, and measure neurotransmitters released acutely in the human brain during task performance. This technique is now used in laboratories all over the world. Using this technique, he studies dopaminergic control of human cognition and behavior. He is also interested in learning the nature of dysregulated dopamine neurotransmission in psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions. His research is funded by NIMH, NINDS, VA, and various foundations. Previously he served on the faculty of Harvard Medical School, SUNY Buffalo and the University of Minnesota. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals.

Harish C. Pant received his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Physics from Agra University, Agra, India. His postdoctoral studies were conducted on the mechanisms of electron and ion transport in model membrane systems at the Department of Biophysics at Michigan State University. He joined the Laboratory of Neurobiology in the NIMH as a senior staff fellow in 1974 with Ichiji Tasaki where he studied the function of the axonal cytoskeleton in the squid giant axon. In 1979 he moved to the NIAAA extending his studies on the neuronal cytoskeleton and the effects of alcohol on its regulation. He moved to the NINDS, Laboratory of Neurochemistry in 1987 where he is presently chief of the section on Cytoskeleton Regulation. His laboratory is studying the mechanisms of topographic regulation of neuronal cytoskeleton proteins by post-translational modification, including the role of kinase cascades in normal brain and during neurodegeneration.

Dr. Angel Molina Leon is a clinical Neurophysiologist. He was in charge of evaluating patients with various sleep disorders particularly; apnoea, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, REM nightmares, night-terrors, sleep paralysis, nocturnal epilepsy (55 of these patients suffer from chronic insomnia and are part of my research project), hypersomnia (2 publications) with the evaluation of more than 500 patients a year and 150 night polysomnographies a year.( Technical handling, recording and analysis). The technical handling and analysis of Multimodal evoked potentials (somatosensory, visual electroretinogram and trunk audiometry). While working at the Clinical Neurophysiology Service at the Toledo Hospital Complex I undertook a three-month July 2005- JULY de 2015, 10 YEARS professional experience in the Neurophysiology Clinic in the Private Medical Centre Virgen de la Caridad, in Cartagena, Murcia, Spain which works in conjunction with the Social Security hospitals, (Santa Maria del Rosell Hospital, Naval Hospital in Cartagena, and los Arcos Hospital in Santiago de la Ribera). During the last seven years in this Centre my work related to: 9 EEG. electroencephalography /week 45 EMG. electromyography/ week 1-2 PEAT evoked potential / week 20 PSGN polysomnography /week.
